• You’re at least 21 years of age or have written medical documentation from a ​qualified specialist recommending medical cannabis for a qualifying medical ​condition. (25 for smoking routes)

Step 2: Schedule a Consultation with Our Friendly Physician

• We will quickly find a time that works for you to have your initial consultation with ​a doctor.

• Relax and Share: During your consultation, the doctor will listen to your health ​history and assess your condition. This is your chance to discuss how medical ​cannabis can help you.

Step 3: Receive Your Medical Marijuana Recommendation

• If you qualify, your doctor will enter your information and recommendations into the Florida Medical Marijuana ​Use Registry (MMUR). Exciting, right? You’re one step closer to natural relief!

• We will help you create your login and password for the MMUR. On the MMUR, you will pay the annual state ​fee of $75, plus a 2.75 processing fee. This is paid directly to the state and is separate from the consultation fee ​for your recommendations.

• If you have an active and valid Florida Driver’s License or ID card, approval is immediate and you can shop the ​same day!

• Your shiny new Medical Marijuana Use Registry ID Card will arrive by mail in about two weeks, but you will be ​able to shop at dispensaries with your Driver’s License until your card arrives.

Step 6: Start Your Journey to Wellness

• Visit an MMTC: With your card or Florida ID or Driver’s license in hand, you can visit any licensed Medical ​Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC) in Florida.
